When it's sunny
The aim of this project is to focus on an approach to Alzheimer’s disease from the perception of people who suffer from it. How this illness affects their identity, their memory, their personality.
The narrative is unique and specific to the person portrayed: which changes the disease provokes in their identity and personality. Furthermore, how this identity is influenced by language, which is the system we use to communicate with others. I seek to create a portrait of their reality, avoiding the victimization of the subject.
This will be highlighted by visual narratives where the relationship between language and identity becomes the basic element of study. How from speech patterns and the changes in linguistic abilities we could see in turn the variations caused by their identity.
